Dearest / or reader / her,
with the graduation, ended the 2007-2008 edition of Human Performance Academy, the Academy of personal development in Trivento .
As you can see from the pictures, a worthy conclusion to the process which lasted six months (approximately 70 hours devoted to techniques to achieve higher goals and improve themselves), it was a beautiful Farm in the foothills of Pordenone.
E 'was a day full of excitement, fun, but also a time when the participants could try their hand the effectiveness of instruments through tests, exercises and reflections.
Many have made decisions for their fututro at that time, supported by a supporting environment and full of energy, and many have understood because of several internal sabotage.
But all have come out with knowledge and clarity of ideas about the future of their relations, their work activities, and with the confidence that we have discovered several personal resources they did not know, that will help them go the way of personal satisfaction.
techniques of interpersonal communication, time schedule and objectives, will be leading yourself and others, public speaking, and managing emotions developing its internal resources have been developed and the issues that have given a great tool and transformational development among the most effective.
All accompanied by individual sessions with our Personal Coaching Coach (which I am very grateful), served to plan and implement on a personal instruments acquired in the course.
So it was a great experience, even for me as the teacher, and enriching for the comparison, the heat and motivation that each participant has put us ... and the results that each of them has achieved in his life.

Direi a chi ha la sensazione di inadeguatezza rispetto alla propria vita, o chi sente la neccessità di cambiare o chi semplicemente è curioso o scettico, di provare ad aprire la finestra dall’altra parte del cortile, la sorpresa potrebbe essere folgorante!

E' da consigliare, c'è un clima familiare e di fiducia, che poi si fa proprio verso se stesso e verso gli altri. Coinvolgenti gli argomenti, le tematiche, e soprattutto le “risoluzioni”.
