Sergio Amatulli, founder of Human Performance, explains how we can govern the necessary changes.

Crisis is a word that now haunts us, wherever we go and listen to anyone, it is spoken. The crisis is good or bad?
depends on how you want to hear, or rather, as we are prepared to do so. It can be a great stimulus innovative or an excuse for not doing or doing wrong. It also speak Chinese, but in the ideograms that make up the word, they read the problem and opportunity. The attitude the future is one of the most effective skills for a leader. Quali sono gli ostacoli concreti che questa crisi produce?
Penso che più della crisi, ciò che ci troviamo ad affrontare è la paura della crisi. La sensazione è quella di dover lavorare molto sulla gestione dell'emotività per fronteggiare qualcosa che in Italia ancora non è molto concreto anche se, solo per il terrore generato, può far danni molto concreti. Ed ecco quindi che sono fondamentali competenze come: l’abilità di visione, la capacità di vedere alternative, di prendere decisioni, to guide people to change faster and more necessary. What is coaching and how it can help to rule this time of profound economic and financial crisis?
Coaching is un efficace metodo anglosassone di trasformazione e crescita, per aiutare individui e gruppi a raggiungere obiettivi e ad affrontare cambiamenti che da soli non potrebbero raggiungere. Essere supportati da un Coach, sviluppa fortemente le capacità di visione, organizzative, e aumenta le proprie capacità di gestione emotiva. In Italia il coaching sta raggiungendo, anche se in ritardo rispetto agli altri Paesi Europei, una certa maturità. E’ in sintesi uno strumento in grado di supportare le trasformazioni culturali e organizzative, perché prepara le persone ad affrontare con consapevolezza il cambiamento. Human Performance – spiega Sergio Amatulli – non ha percorsi standard: realizza sessioni one-to-one, laboratori di coaching inter and intra-company projects, team-coaching and team-building. If it's an organizational change, work on team roles, communication within the team. Many companies and professionals that invest in training?
At this time many companies and professionals seem ruled by fear of making mistakes, take risks, make mistakes, and so on. The seed of fear creates blocks, indecision, obstacles to change. A society that lives and amplifies the fear of the crisis, is likely paralysis.
Compared to the European landscape, Italy for investment on training is only the first in Greece and Romania. That said, we must consider the difficulties to orient in a strong market, including training, made up of thousands of reality more or less valid.
For our part we are still recording a positive trend in our market for two factors:

What are the future plans?
From 22 to 24 May to Verona, we have the most important event of the year, "A Journey of Your Future", in which we will talk about the psychology of change, emotional intelligence and vision, and where alternate moments of higher education, with the presence of speakers at an international level, to moments of entertainment artists and Zelig Music Hall. In occasione di questo seminar-spettacolo stiamo organizzando un tour promozionale attraverso workshop serali, nelle principali città italiane, in cui approfondiremo parte dei contenuti del seminar di maggio.
