Reminder

Dear Readers
'd say it's really a time when, uncertainty and fears, are the masters. Just paying the slightest attention to any mass-media, che ci si ritrova avvolti da messaggi di panico e catastrofismi relativi alle cadute delle borse, ed all'alone di crisi che circonda le aziende italiane.
Eppure... io non so quanti di voi abbiano capitali da parte, magari investiti nel mercato azionario, se ce ne fossero direi che questo è un ottimo momento per comprare e non per vendere (quindi tenete duro), per tutti coloro che non hanno investimenti nel mercato azionario, può essere utile comprendere se da questo periodo possiamo trovare qualche beneficio.
Crisi in cinese è descritto da due idiogrammi (simboli) che significano: Pericolo e Opportunità.
Io sono convinto che la crisi rappresenti questi due elementi contemporaneamente. Non esistono persone di fronte alle quali si presenta solo uno dei due elementi (ad. esempio il Pericolo).
Credo che dipenda dalle persone, innescare un pò di allenamento mentale per vedere anche l'altra natura del significato nella parola crisi (cioè Opportunità).
Un cambio di prospettiva potrebbe aiutarci a vedere ciò che, presi dalla pressione emotiva, dal tran tran quotidiano e dai media, non riusciamo propria a vedere. Cioè delle opportunità sia a livello finanziario, a livello professionale.
Penso che effettivamente l'Europa (Italia compresa) sia sottoposta ad uno scossone: come se fosse stata messa (aziende, banche, professionisti, governi) in una lavatrice. E per chi non ci è ancora finito, bè si metta in fila with patience.
What I think is: Blessed are those who will end up first, or even that they are preparing to get out already beautiful dried and ironed, because they come first, and ready at the starting line. I think for many companies that make the most of this period, there will be opportunities to reposition themselves on the market and to overcome their competitors, happen to many professionals and workers an opportunity to get back into game more challenging roles.

But I point out a very easy to grasp opportunities: Oct. 26 edition of the course there will be "enough and 'Time to move ..?". Maybe it can be a time to make reflections, or better yet, plan on how to prepare themselves for change, and present at the end of the crisis and ready trained!
