Cos’è l’Intelligenza Emotiva
L’Intelligenza Emotiva è ciò che distingue la performance ordinaria da quella superiore, sia negli individui che nei team, è ciò che consente di passare dal “buono” all’ “eccellente”.L’IE nel modello di Individual Effectiveness è intesa come l’integrazione fra Emozioni, Pensieri e Azioni. Ha a che fare con il “pensare” le proprie Emozioni e con il “sentire” their thoughts in deciding what action to take.
