2. c’è una differenza anche di tipo “statistico” nel senso che quando si parla delle due sezioni di DNA separate si parla non di un essere viente reale ma di un ipotetico spermatozoo e magari anche di un ipotetico ovulo. 3. infine, come avevo già accennato in precedenza, il genoma non è solo una questione di mera “informazione” ma è questione di struttura (non chimica che è sempre quella). Che poi questa struttura comporta anche la connotazione dell’informazione genetica questa è una cosa insita nella natura stessa del DNA. C’è quindi una differenza strutturale tra due sezioni di DNA separate e il DNA risultante da queste due sezioni che si uniscono.

La struttura-informazione del DNA dei due gameti separati è diversa da quella dello zigote sia in senso statico che dinamico. In senso dinamico perché le interazioni che avvengono tra due DNA separati non sono le stesse di quelle che avvengono nell’ambito di un unico genoma completo quando questi due DNA si riuniscono in un unico DNA. In senso statico perché nel riunirsi le due sezioni di genoma danno luogo a un patrimonio genetico nuovo. Posso fare un esempio molto semplicistico per evidenziare questo fatto.
